Senior HAUS Sales Consultant – Luxury Homeware

About the role

Hertex Fabrics is looking for a dynamic Senior HAUS Sales Consultant to lead the luxury homeware showroom in Cape Town. You will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales of high‑end décor and furniture.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain showroom standards, visual merchandising and operational compliance.
• Promote and sell luxury homeware products, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Manage stock levels, conduct regular inventory takes and oversee the payment process.
• Build long‑term relationships with customers and provide tailored product advice.
• Support external sales consultants and coordinate the showroom team.
• Handle physical tasks such as moving heavy rugs and furniture safely.

Required profile

• National Senior Certificate.
• Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably with a luxury brand.
• Experience in a senior or team‑lead role is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, professional appearance and self‑motivation.
• Customer‑service orientation and a results‑driven mindset.
