Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Spitz is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual communications for internal programmes and external advertising across its portfolio of premium footwear and apparel brands. Based in Bryanston, Johannesburg, you will translate brand guidelines into compelling artwork for digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and adapt artwork for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), the intranet, Takealot and other digital channels.
• Plan, produce and edit audio‑visual content for wholesale and social media use.
• Write and edit copy for social media posts, email newsletters and promotional material.
• Create flyers, brochures, catalogues and other print collateral for all brands.
• Develop social‑media assets a month ahead for Spitz, Kurt Geiger, Love My Carvela and Gant, covering banners, covers, newsletters and website landing pages.
• Execute seasonal campaign launches, including window banners, lightboxes, website graphics and retouching briefs.
• Prepare image retouching and logo‑placement documentation for photographers and agencies.
• Style product shots and influencer imagery for social media and PR use.
