Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Spitz, a leading premium footwear and apparel group, is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join its Bryanston, Johannesburg studio. You will create visual communications for internal programs and external marketing across multiple brands.

Key responsibilities

• Produce artwork for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, the intranet and other digital channels for all brands.
• Plan, produce and edit audio‑visual content for wholesale and social media use.
• Write and edit copy for social media posts, email newsletters and promotional material.
• Design flyers, brochures, catalogues, signage and product packaging.
• Create monthly social‑media assets for each brand, including banners, covers, posts and landing pages.
• Coordinate campaign assets such as window banners, lightboxes and seasonal launches.
• Prepare retouching briefs, logo placement documents and styled product shots for agencies and photographers.
• Support PR and influencer initiatives with tailored visual content.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in graphic design, preferably within fashion or retail.
• Ability to manage multiple brand guidelines and deliver consistent visual quality.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
