Senior Graphic Designer – Corporate Design & Brand Execution

About the role

The client seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creation and enhancement of corporate design assets, focusing on executive‑level presentations, reports, collateral, and event materials. The role sits within Marketing, Communications and Corporate Affairs and reports to the Marketing Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Produce executive‑grade designs for PowerPoint decks, reports, one‑pagers, case studies and event collateral.
• Refresh the core corporate deck and flagship one‑pagers.
• Develop and maintain a template suite (PowerPoint master, report layout, one‑pager template, social tiles).
• Apply information‑design principles to improve clarity, narrative flow and visual hierarchy.
• Prepare print‑ready artwork and supplier packs for events and campaigns.
• Coordinate with Social Media and Events teams on priority assets.
• Establish and maintain a structured asset library with naming conventions, version control and source‑file management.
• Implement brand QA and review workflows, and continuously improve templates.
• Define production workflows, service levels and manage multiple concurrent design requests within agreed timelines.
• Contribute to monthly performance updates and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in corporate graphic design and brand execution.
• Proven ability to create high‑quality executive presentations and reports.
• Strong organizational skills for asset management and workflow optimisation.
• Experience coordinating with cross‑functional teams (social media, events).
• Ability to manage multiple design requests and meet turnaround deadlines.
