Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement design strategies strictly aligned with business and marketing objectives.
• Produce high-quality digital and print assets while ensuring brand consistency across all SKG Group platforms.
• Leverage AI tools for rapid ideation, image generation, adaptive design, and campaign optimization.
• Monitor, analyze, and refine campaign performance using analytics, A/B testing, and AI-driven insights.
• Collaborate closely with digital and marketing teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Mentor junior designers and develop training resources to elevate the team's creative capabilities.
• Stay at the forefront of design trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies.

Candidate Profile

• Degree or relevant qualification in Graphic Design.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience, ideally within a marketing department, creative agency, or B2B environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in digital, print, and video design.
• Proven ability to translate complex marketing goals into impactful visual solutions.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for integrating AI into creative workflows.

Required Skills
