Senior GenAI Integrated Designer (Remote)

About the role

Brandtech+ is seeking a Senior GenAI Integrated Designer to create high‑performing ad creatives using cutting‑edge generative AI tools. Working remotely, you will translate client briefs into compelling visual and video ads for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Google Display.

Key responsibilities

• Develop ad creatives from concept to final delivery using the Pencil platform.
• Interpret client briefs, generate insights, write copy, and produce images and videos with GenAI models.
• Perform manual retouching when needed to meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Training, Product and Engineering teams to refine processes, test new features and incorporate feedback.
• Maintain a throughput of roughly one brief per day while ensuring speed, quality and scalability.

Required profile

• Proven experience with generative AI tools in a digital design or advertising context.
• Strong understanding of advertising workflows and data‑driven creative optimization.
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines and adapt to evolving client needs.
• Enthusiasm for exploring new AI techniques and contributing to industry thought leadership.
