Senior Full Stack Developer (C#.NET, .NET Core, EF Core, React)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a fast‑moving engineering team in Johannesburg. The role involves building and maintaining a cutting‑edge job management platform, working closely with the CTO, product team and fellow developers. The position is on‑site and requires high autonomy and speed.

Key responsibilities

• Build new features and improve existing systems across the platform.
• Make architectural decisions with validation from senior team members.
• Use AI to generate tests first and then code (AI‑driven Test‑Driven Development).
• Contribute AI solutions to internal efficiency problems.
• Mentor junior developers as the team grows.

Required profile

• BSc in Computing or Computer Science (preferred).
• 3‑4 years of full‑stack development experience (web and mobile) with production systems.
• Strong problem‑solving, debugging and architectural judgment.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work independently.
• Daily use of AI tools for development and automation.
