We are seeking a commercially astute Senior Financial Manager (CA(SA)) to join our leadership team in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. This permanent role is ideal for a hands‑on finance professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and enjoys partnering closely with operations to drive performance and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial reporting and preparation of management accounts.
• Drive forecasting, budgeting and financial planning processes.
• Provide financial insight and performance analysis to senior leadership.
• Manage cash‑flow, balance‑sheet integrity and financial controls.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, audit and governance requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation.
• Oversee ERP system data integrity and reporting enhancements.
• Partner with operational stakeholders to improve profitability and efficiencies.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing finance team.

Required profile

• CA(SA) qualification – essential.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a financial management capacity.
• Proven leadership experience within a complex operational environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence decision‑making.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as Microsoft Business Central or similar.
• Advanced reporting, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to operate effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
