About the role
We are a leading financial services group looking for a Senior Finance Business Analyst to drive strategic initiatives from concept through delivery. You will work across complex finance environments, shaping business cases, process maps and impact assessments.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage finance‑focused business cases.
- Map and analyse finance processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Gather, document and validate functional requirements.
- Conduct impact assessments for finance transformation projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, finance transformation or process improvement.
- Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Information Systems.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work on complex finance environments.
