Senior Dynamics 365 Developer

About the role

The D365 Senior Developer will design, develop, configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions across the Sanlam Life and Savings ecosystem, ensuring scalable, secure and maintainable business applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and configure Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, custom pages, JavaScript and C# extensions.
• Implement integrations with internal and external systems, consume and expose REST APIs, and support Azure‑based integration patterns.
• Manage solution deployments, apply ALM and CI/CD practices, and maintain environment governance.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and produce technical documentation.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of software development experience focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience working in Agile delivery teams.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate.
• C#/.NET development for plugins, custom APIs and actions.
• JavaScript client‑side customisations.
• Solution ALM, CI/CD pipelines, source control and environment management.
