Senior Developer (Power Platform & SharePoint)

About the role

Belay Talent Solutions is looking for a Senior Developer with deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online. The role is hybrid, based in Sandton, Johannesburg, and focuses on designing, building, and maintaining enterprise‑grade business applications and workflow automation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power Platform solutions including Power Apps (canvas and model‑driven), Power Automate flows, Power Pages, and Dataverse models.
• Create and configure SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, custom forms, and modern site collections.
• Identify automation opportunities, build approval workflows, and integrate systems using REST APIs and custom connectors.
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and ServiceNow where required.
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance standards are met and manage ALM pipelines.
• Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and document designs and deployment procedures.
• Support and maintain existing applications, troubleshoot issues, and participate in architecture reviews.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering Microsoft‑based digital solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform components and SharePoint Online.
• Experience with system integration, especially with ServiceNow and Azure services.
• Ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders, architects, and analysts.
