Senior Creative Designer – Marketing & Asset Management

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Creative Designer to join a leading financial services client’s internal creative agency. The role focuses on delivering high‑impact visual content for marketing, advertising, events and customer communications across both print and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, presentations, advertising assets and campaign materials.
• Collaborate with junior and senior designers during kick‑offs, critiques and reviews to ensure brand alignment.
• Maintain and enforce brand standards, ensuring visual consistency across all deliverables.
• Organise design files, templates and assets for efficient team workflow.
• Support creative concept development for campaigns, events and communications.
• Produce layouts, illustrations and motion graphics using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Review designs for accuracy, accessibility and technical compliance before delivery.
• Provide constructive feedback to junior designers and help develop their skills.

Required profile

• Strong visual design fundamentals with a solid grasp of typography, colour theory and layout principles.
• Awareness of UX, inclusive design practices and accessibility standards for digital content.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
