Senior Client Retention Manager – Warehouse

About the role

MH Solutions is seeking a Senior Client Retention Manager to lead customer account management for all non‑healthcare verticals within its warehouse operations. The role focuses on developing and executing retention and engagement strategies, while providing strategic insight into client businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement customer retention and engagement strategies through Key Account Managers.
• Oversee creation of engagement collateral and develop processes for customer feedback.
• Collaborate with global teams on Platinum and Gold customer programs.
• Monitor customer revenue, EBIT, and contract expiries, providing six‑month notices.
• Maintain internal and external customer communication databases and the MS Dynamics portal.
• Coordinate compliance questionnaires covering due diligence, sustainability, IT, security and quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum five years of management experience in contract logistics.
• At least five years of hands‑on experience in contract logistics operations.
• Strong negotiation, issue‑resolution and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) knowledge.
• ERP experience, preferably CargoWRITE.
• Proficiency with MS Dynamics.
• Familiarity with DSV Contract Logistics CSP.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
