Senior Business Analyst – Value Creation Consultant (Independent)

About the role

Data Innovators is seeking a high‑ownership Senior Business Analyst / Value Creation Consultant to design and implement digital solutions, dashboards and AI‑enabled business improvement initiatives for its clients. You will work closely with senior consultants and project leads, taking full responsibility for planning, stakeholder engagement, analysis and delivery of actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with client stakeholders to understand business challenges, objectives and requirements.
• Analyse and document business processes, workflows and functional specifications.
• Develop business cases to support solution prioritisation and decision‑making.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for technical teams.
• Support solution design, testing, implementation and change‑management activities.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and continuous improvement.
• Collect, analyse and interpret large data sets to uncover trends, risks and opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business analysis and consulting, preferably at a senior or manager level.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and engaging senior decision‑makers.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into decision‑ready insight.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge business, data and technology teams.
