Senior Business Analyst

About the role

The Senior Business Analyst will drive change by defining business needs and translating them into actionable solutions. Working autonomously with minimal supervision, you will partner with product designers, architects, QA testers and data managers to deliver data‑focused initiatives in an agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and monitor BA activities for large, complex enterprise projects, emphasizing data management, analysis and lineage.
• Facilitate elicitation sessions, gather stakeholder input and translate it into clear requirements and design specifications.
• Manage the data life‑cycle from inception through retirement, ensuring traceability and compliance.
• Conduct strategy and solution evaluation to measure performance, identify gaps and remove barriers to value realization.
• Apply IIBA best practices, agile product delivery and lean principles in line with the organization’s BA framework.
• Produce visual models, story maps and data flow diagrams to communicate scope, dependencies and acceptance criteria.

Required profile

• Self‑directed professional with strong initiative and the ability to work independently.
• Proven experience in business analysis within data‑intensive, agile projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Understanding of data management, stewardship and lineage concepts.
