Senior Business Analyst – Business Architecture & Agile Delivery

About the role

Abalobi Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive large‑scale business and digital transformation initiatives. You will analyse, design and optimise processes, translate business needs into clear requirements, and collaborate closely with stakeholders and technology teams to deliver effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise business processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business needs, objectives and requirements.
• Lead requirements management, communication and organisation across initiatives.
• Translate requirements into detailed user stories on JIRA with clear acceptance criteria.
• Prepare and maintain business and project documentation.
• Analyse business risks, opportunities and potential impacts.
• Ensure alignment between business architecture and enterprise architecture.
• Assist with business case development when required.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and project team members.
• Ensure solutions comply with industry standards, governance and regulations.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and practices.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in Business Architecture, Business Analysis and Business Process Modelling.
• Proven ability to optimise business processes and manage complex projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience leading and mentoring junior staff.
• Knowledge of IT governance, compliance and Agile delivery.
