Senior Auditor – Remote (Cape Town)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Auditor to join our UK‑based accounting and audit firm, working fully remotely from Cape Town. The role supports UK audit teams and delivers high‑quality statutory and client account audits for a diverse international portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute statutory and client account audits for international clients across multiple industries.
• Oversee complex audits for large non‑audit clients, including multinational groups.
• Lead, mentor and develop junior audit team members.
• Review audit documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and firm standards.
• Coordinate closely with partners and clients to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Deliver audit work within agreed timelines and project budgets.

Required profile

• Fully qualified CA(SA) with 3–6 years of external audit experience.
• Deep technical experience in statutory and client account audits across diverse sectors.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
