Senior Associate PMO Analyst

About the role

PwC SATIC is seeking a Senior Associate PMO Analyst to support transformation initiatives across its client portfolio. You will work within a structured managed‑services environment, ensuring governance, planning and control activities are delivered consistently and effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Provide governance, reporting, planning and control support for multiple projects and workstreams.
• Monitor delivery plans, maintain PMO standards and track RAID items.
• Prepare dashboards, governance packs and stakeholder‑ready reports.
• Support project and programme leads with quality reporting and oversight.
• Mentor junior team members and promote disciplined delivery practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, Commerce, Engineering or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a PMO analyst, project coordinator or similar delivery support role.
• Proven experience in project governance, reporting cycles and maintaining project documentation such as plans, RAID logs and milestone trackers.
• Ability to work autonomously, engage confidently with stakeholders and lead portions of PMO delivery.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with project planning and reporting tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint.
• Working knowledge of project and programme management methodologies.
• Familiarity with Power BI for reporting is advantageous.
