Senior Analyst Developer

About the role

The Senior Analyst Developer will work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business objectives into robust technical solutions. This role covers the full software lifecycle, from analysis and design through development, testing, and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to capture detailed requirements, produce functional and technical specifications, and obtain sign‑off.
• Perform impact analysis for system changes, enhancements, and defect fixes.
• Design system architecture and produce functional and technical design documents, ensuring scalability, maintainability and compliance with security standards.
• Develop, configure and test application components, adhering to coding standards, secure coding practices and version‑control processes.
• Support system, integration and user‑acceptance testing, resolve defects and verify performance requirements.
• Provide second‑ and third‑line support, monitor production systems, and participate in incident, problem and change management.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation, user guides and runbooks, and conduct knowledge‑transfer sessions.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the systems development life cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to collective success.

Required skills

• Experience with payment systems (domestic and cross‑border).
• Knowledge of ISO15022 messaging standards.
• Knowledge of ISO20022 messaging standards.
