Senior Administrator: GRF Support

About the role

Komatsu South Africa is looking for a Senior Administrator to provide comprehensive support for its retail funding operations. The role involves handling customer financing applications, supporting credit control, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and administer customer financing applications, verify transaction information, and maintain customer data in relevant systems.
• Manage payment documentation, allocate payments accurately, and ensure compliance with company policies and legislation.
• Monitor customer accounts, follow up on overdue invoices, process credit notes, and support credit applications.
• Ensure adherence to Komatsu Africa Holdings Finance policies, support audit preparation, and maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
• Produce monthly and ad‑hoc reports on funding metrics, performance statistics, and account status, escalating any discrepancies or risks.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in banking or finance, specifically in funding applications.
• Experience with retail funding administration, payment processing, and credit control.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with internal stakeholders.
