Security Operations Center Analyst – After Hours & Weekends

About the role

Cyber83 is looking for a proactive Security Operations Center Analyst to work after‑hours and weekends. You will join a dynamic team focused on threat hunting, incident response and continuous security monitoring using the latest tools and technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform real‑time monitoring, triage and coordination of security incidents.
• Conduct malware analysis, threat hunting and trend reporting.
• Lead Red‑Team and Blue‑Team exercises, penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
• Manage a team of threat hunters and provide security consulting.
• Handle forensic artifacts, insider‑threat cases and cyber‑news fusion.
• Support enterprise architecture security, network security and technical infrastructure.

Required profile

• Analytical, research‑driven mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to obtain a security clearance if required.

Required skills

• Experience with SIEM solutions, specifically Azure Sentinel.
• Knowledge of operating systems, network protocols and OSINT techniques.
• Understanding of the cyber‑security landscape and business process translation into security controls.
• Familiarity with data‑analytics tools for security monitoring.
• Beneficial certifications: Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) and CompTIA PenTest+.
