Security Operations Analyst

About the role

Join Super Group, a leading digital gaming company, as a Security Operations Analyst. You will be at the forefront of protecting our online gaming platforms by monitoring, detecting, and responding to security threats in real time.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and triage security alerts from SIEM, EDR/XDR, firewalls, cloud and identity platforms.
• Perform first‑line analysis of security events and promptly escalate confirmed incidents.
• Investigate and contain security incidents such as phishing, malware, and compromised identities.
• Document incident timelines, root causes, and remediation steps according to the incident response process.
• Proactively hunt for indicators of compromise and apply threat intelligence to improve detection.
• Run vulnerability scans, interpret results, track remediation and prioritize fixes based on risk.
• Tune detection rules, maintain security tooling and recommend enhancements for faster response.
• Support broader security services and business operations as needed.
