Security Engineer (Pre‑sales)

About the role

Join Check Point’s global security team as a Pre‑sales Security Engineer. You will work directly with sales and marketing to translate complex security challenges into tailored solutions for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide pre‑sales technical support across all sales and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify prospects.
• Lead customer meetings to uncover security problems and propose appropriate solutions.
• Answer technical questions, share best practices, and manage Proof‑of‑Concept deployments.
• Respond to RFIs and RFPs with detailed technical proposals.
• Educate account managers and customers on the latest Check Point security technologies.
• Participate actively in cybersecurity events and industry conferences.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of engineering and pre‑sales experience.
• Proven record of winning deals in the cybersecurity market.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good understanding of typical customer network architectures.
• Ability to design end‑to‑end security solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Native or fluent English.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CISSP, CCSA, CCSENative) are highly preferred.
