About the role
Specialising in premium pet foods and accessories, Absolute Pets is the leading pet retailer in South Africa. The company is seeking a passionate and driven Team Leader for its Sea Point store.
Key responsibilities
- Sales – achieve store sales and gross profit targets and manage visual merchandising.
- Service – demonstrate world‑class service and coach team members to do the same.
- Stock – keep the store fully stocked, place orders, limit loss and shrinkage, and oversee all admin functions.
- Staff – manage and develop staff, act as a brand ambassador, maintain product knowledge, and uphold company culture and values.
Required profile
- Passionate and driven leader with strong retail experience.
- Ability to manage a team and ensure performance standards.
- Commitment to delivering world‑class customer service.
- Willingness to develop self and team using Individual Development Plans.
