About the role
Swan IT is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead SAP ERP implementations, optimise business processes and ensure seamless integration of SAP modules across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the project life cycle for SAP ERP implementations.
- Provide metrics and reporting to the executive team on methodology, progress and ROI.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports.
- Identify risks and create mitigation plans.
- Lead and motivate cross‑functional teams and communicate status to stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Commerce or related field (beneficial).
- Project Management qualification; registration with a PM body is advantageous.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience managing SAP ERP projects.
- Willingness to travel within South Africa, Africa or globally.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of SAP ERP products and SAP Activate/Agile project delivery.
- Experience with SAP Best Practices and SAP project methodologies.
- Ability to run Agile epics, sprints and facilitate Scrum teams.
