About the role

Deloitte is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join its consulting team. In this position you will design and deliver enterprise‑level Salesforce solutions, translating business requirements into robust, scalable architectures that drive measurable outcomes for clients across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of solution architecture blueprints, high‑level designs, and integration strategies for complex Salesforce implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and ensure technical solutions align with those objectives.
• Provide technical advocacy for Salesforce, maintaining architectural integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support pre‑sales activities by developing compelling proposals, solution designs, and proof‑of‑concept demonstrations.
• Guide implementation teams, ensuring delivery of high‑quality, lean designs and successful system deployments.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering large‑scale Salesforce solutions in a consulting environment.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to influence and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated leadership in guiding cross‑functional teams and driving outcome‑focused accountability.
