Sales Trainer – On‑Site in Cape Town CBD

About the role

We are building a fast‑growing US‑aligned outbound sales operation in Cape Town CBD and need an experienced Sales Trainer to develop and elevate our sales team. You will design onboarding programs, upskill existing reps, and ensure consistent performance across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding and ramp‑up training for new B2B outbound sales representatives.
• Lead ongoing sessions on advanced sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies.
• Provide one‑on‑one and group coaching using call reviews, role‑plays, and performance analytics.
• Create and maintain playbooks, scripts, call frameworks, and e‑learning content.
• Partner with sales leadership to identify skill gaps, analyse performance trends, and implement targeted training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with CRM processes, sales ethics, and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in sales training, enablement, or coaching, preferably in a B2B outbound contact‑centre environment.
• Hands‑on background in outbound or inside sales with strong knowledge of sales funnels and conversion metrics.
• Proven ability to design engaging instructional materials and e‑learning content.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of motivating and inspiring teams.
• Comfortable working aligned with US business hours and thriving in a fast‑paced, results‑driven setting.
• Resident of Cape Town or nearby, available for full‑time on‑site work.
