About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our sales team in Benoni as trainees. This full‑time position offers a pathway from entry‑level responsibilities to future leadership roles within the company.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in comprehensive sales training and onboarding programs.
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and present product solutions.
- Assist senior sales staff in preparing proposals and following up on leads.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales activity targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the company CRM.
Required profile
- Completed Matric (minimum 50 % average) or equivalent qualification.
- South African citizenship.
- Own a smartphone for work‑related communication.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Motivated, adaptable and eager to learn.
