This is a pivotal leadership role designed for a professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving commercial excellence.

Main Missions

• Implement and execute L&T (Look & Taste) strategies within the retail and commerce sector to ensure brand consistency.
• Lead, manage, and coach a team of Merchandisers and Order Takers to drive high performance.
• Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales targets, distribution, and execution quality.
• Provide on-the-ground guidance to team members to optimize field operations.
• Report directly to the Site Sales Manager, ensuring alignment with regional commercial objectives.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in sales leadership or supervisory roles within the FMCG industry.
• Strong ability to coach, mentor, and motivate field teams to reach their full potential.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on strategic execution and operational efficiency.
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining close communication with management.
