Sales Specialist / Proposal Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Sales Specialist who will support Key Account Managers and Business Development teams through proposal development, sales operations, and client coordination. The role acts as a bridge between sales, finance, operations, and customers, ensuring high‑quality commercial documents and accurate CRM data.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review, and quality‑check Statements of Work, proposals, RFIs and RFPs.
• Create and maintain proposal templates, sales decks, and business review materials.
• Maintain Salesforce.com and other CRM systems with high data accuracy.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, pipeline tracking and sales reporting.
• Conduct market, competitor and industry research to feed commercial strategies.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, conference planning and client events.
• Identify and implement process improvements for sales operations.
