Sales Representative with Office Automation

About the role

A well‑established company in the Office Automation industry is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to drive new business and manage client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within the corporate market
• Conduct cold calling and client visits daily
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships
• Present and demonstrate office automation solutions to clients
• Prepare quotations and proposals
• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate CRM records
• Conduct market research and identify new opportunities
• Provide excellent after‑sales service and account management

Required profile

• 3–5 years of external sales experience in the Office Automation industry
• Proven experience selling copiers, printers, telecoms, PABX, CCTV, VOIP, connectivity and managed print solutions
• Strong new‑business development and cold‑calling abilities
• Existing client base and industry contacts advantageous
• Stable employment history with a solid sales track record
• Excellent negotiation, closing, presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
• Computer literate with MS Office and CRM systems
