Sales Representative – North West region

About the role

As a Sales Representative for the North West region, you will promote, sell, and support Atlas Copco’s full range of compressed air and gas equipment solutions. The role focuses on generating new business, nurturing existing customer relationships, and delivering sustainable sales growth while upholding the company’s high standards of quality, ethics, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell compressors, dryers, blowers, gas generators, air‑treatment equipment and related services.
• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to secure repeat business.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals tailored to customer needs.
• Conduct site visits, product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Achieve agreed sales targets, margins and strategic objectives.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide regular forecasts and market reports.
• Collaborate with service, engineering and finance teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Business or a related field (mechanical or electrical background preferred).
• 3–5 years of technical or industrial sales experience, preferably in compressed air, gas or industrial equipment markets.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory and a valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM systems.
