Sales Representative

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a database of customers in a specific area.
• Generate sales from existing customers and acquire new customers.
• Anticipate market and customer trends proactively.
• Become an expert on product knowledge.
• Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly administrative reports.
• Consistently achieve sales budgets.
• Establish internal relationships with supporting departments.
• Maintain excellent customer service and relationships.

Required profile

• Matric qualification in Marketing, Business, or related field (advantageous).
• 2‑4 years of sales representative experience.
• Computer literacy in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Proven track record of managing customer relationships and delivering sales.
• Intelligent, committed, self‑motivated and well‑presented.
• Team player who works well under pressure and is target‑driven.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
