Sales Representative – Client Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Representative to drive client acquisition for a premium dating management service. You will help build our sales engine from the ground up, engaging high‑value prospects and converting them into satisfied clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine the overall sales strategy and positioning.
• Engage qualified leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, Instagram and other channels.
• Qualify prospects based on budget, goals, urgency and fit.
• Present the service, pricing and value proposition clearly and handle objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and update lead status throughout the funnel.
• Iterate on sales scripts, offers, follow‑up systems and conversion flows.
• Collaborate with the founder to understand market dynamics and client psychology.
• Support growth initiatives across SEO, partnerships, referrals and build a network of global connectors and agents.

Required profile

• Proven sales drive with a strong desire to own the acquisition process.
• High emotional intelligence, confidence and discretion when dealing with high‑net‑worth clients.
• Ability to communicate professionally across multiple channels.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to shape a repeatable sales process.
