Sales Recruitment Consultant – Healthcare Staffing

About the role

We are seeking a driven Sales Recruitment Consultant to join Ambition 24Hours in Cape Town. In this consultative role you will act as the bridge between healthcare facilities and our network of skilled nursing professionals, delivering tailored staffing solutions that address workforce challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and develop new business relationships with hospitals, clinics, care homes and other healthcare facilities.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments with prospective and existing clients to understand staffing requirements.
• Present tailored staffing solutions aligned with operational and compliance needs.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through networking, outreach and referrals.
• Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Negotiate contracts and service‑level agreements with decision‑makers.
• Manage client accounts, track activity in the CRM and report on key performance metrics.
• Represent Ambition 24Hours at industry events, conferences and networking functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consultative business development, preferably within healthcare staffing or recruitment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent relationship‑building and account‑management capabilities.
• Ability to understand complex client needs and translate them into compelling staffing solutions.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel for client meetings.
