About the role

Join SAB’s dynamic Sales & Marketing Learnership and help drive growth for the Tavern class of trade. You will work closely with sales leads to implement market‑driven services that boost brand equity, sales volume and market share while building strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and resolve issues on the spot, maintaining resilience during flexible working hours.
• Develop and execute sales plans that leverage SAB’s value proposition and competitive advantage.
• Build and nurture relationships with tavern owners, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Gather competitor information and incorporate insights into selling strategies.
• Meet sales targets by identifying customer needs, presenting unique value propositions and closing deals.
