About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales team at Rola Volvo Somerset West. The role focuses on driving sales performance, shaping a customer‑centric culture and promoting the Rola brand across the NEW and SELEKT vehicle divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the dealership sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Design, implement and monitor effective sales strategies for new and pre‑owned vehicle lines.
• Ensure a customer‑focused sales environment that enhances satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with marketing and service departments to align brand promotion and after‑sales support.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and sales data to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably within a dealership setting.
• Strong leadership and team‑building capabilities.
• Ability to develop and execute sales plans that meet or exceed targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
