Sales Manager - Premium New Energy Vehicles

Join a globally recognised high‑tech motor dealership that specialises in premium new‑energy vehicles. As Sales Manager you will lead a dynamic sales team across Gauteng, drive revenue growth and ensure an exceptional customer experience in a fast‑paced automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales of premium new‑energy vehicle product lines.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
• Monitor ageing stock and implement strategies to improve turnover.
• Conduct accurate trade‑in evaluations and support vehicle appraisals.
• Lead, motivate and develop the sales team to maintain high performance and accountability.
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards and drive customer satisfaction.
• Analyse sales performance data and implement improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior management on dealership operations and strategic planning.
• Step in to support daily operations when required and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) minimum; Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience is advantageous.
• At least 3 years’ experience in motor‑dealership sales management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Valid Code 08 driver’s licence.
• Strong understanding of the automotive industry, preferably new‑energy vehicles.
• Experience leading and mentoring sales teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer applications used for sales reporting.
