About the role

This role is for a results‑driven Sales Manager who leads a high‑performing team, drives sales growth, and ensures targets are met within a corporate dealership environment. The focus is on team leadership, stock management, customer satisfaction, reporting, risk management and cost control.

Key responsibilities

Build and maintain client relationships
Manage vehicle purchases, sales and evaluations
Monitor performance and produce reports
Achieve branch targets through effective team leadership
Support sales executives to reach their goals
Conduct active marketing and oversee stock management
Drive customer satisfaction initiatives
Administer and motivate the department
Handle risk management and cost control

Required profile

Grade 12 (matric) or higher with a valid driving licence
Minimum 3 years in an OEM managerial position within the motor industry
Sales tertiary qualification (advantageous)
Clear criminal record and career‑driven attitude
Energetic, ambitious and determined personality
Proven sales management and marketing knowledge and experience
