About the role
We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead a high‑performing team within a corporate dealership environment in Lichtenburg. The role focuses on driving sales growth, managing stock, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting branch targets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve branch targets.
- Manage vehicle purchases, sales and evaluations.
- Monitor performance and produce regular reports.
- Oversee stock management and active marketing activities.
- Handle risk management and cost control.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Grade 12 (matric) or higher with a valid driving licence.
- Minimum 3 years experience in an OEM managerial position in the motor industry.
- Clear criminal record and career‑driven attitude.
- Energetic, ambitious and determined personality.
Required skills
- Sales management and marketing knowledge.
- Ability to administer and motivate a department.
- Experience in performance monitoring and reporting.
- Competence in risk management and cost control.
