About the role

RubiBlue is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high‑performing sales team, drive revenue growth and expand the company’s footprint across South Africa and the wider African market.

Key responsibilities

Lead, coach and inspire a sales team, set clear objectives and conduct regular performance reviews.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business goals, overseeing lead generation, pipeline management and conversion.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision‑makers, ensuring exceptional customer experience and long‑term retention.
Monitor KPIs, deliver accurate forecasting, maintain CRM data integrity and analyse market trends.
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Executive Management to support growth initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or a related field (advantageous).
Sales leadership or management qualification/certification.
Proven experience in leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
