About the role
The Sales Manager will lead a department to ensure smooth operations, high customer satisfaction, and effective store performance. This role combines leadership, merchandising oversight, and operational control to drive sales results.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the department to function efficiently and keep customers satisfied.
- Ensure effective merchandising throughout the store.
- Oversee production processes in line with established systems.
- Maintain optimal stock availability.
- Control and reduce wastage across all departments.
- Guarantee effective housekeeping, health, and safety standards.
- Supervise and develop staff members.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing a sales or retail department.
- Strong ability to coordinate merchandising, stock, and production activities.
- Commitment to maintaining health, safety, and housekeeping standards.
