About the role
We are seeking motivated sales leaders to join our dynamic financial services team in Durban. The role offers unlimited growth potential, uncapped commissions and a vibrant work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales of insurance, lead‑generation and warranty products.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales agents.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Develop new business opportunities in the western suburbs.
- Report performance metrics to management.
Required profile
- Proven leadership qualities.
- Matric or NQF Level 4 qualification.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target‑driven, enthusiastic and positive attitude.
