Sales, Installation & Training Consultant – Fintech Solutions

About the role

We deliver bespoke payment solutions and are looking for a consultant who can present our fintech products, install them for clients and provide comprehensive training. The role focuses on driving client adoption and increasing transaction volumes through professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales presentations in line with the company’s sales methodology.
• Install and train clients on all products and services offered.
• Follow all procedures of the Sales and Customer Care Department.
• Focus on client service and ensure interactions are efficient and professional.
• Increase the number of transactions processed by selling the benefits of the company’s systems.
• Perform all job functions according to the Standard Operating Procedures for the Sales Department.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
• 100% bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems and hardware.
• 3‑4 years of direct sales experience.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Windows Operating Systems.
• PC hardware setup, troubleshooting and operation.
