Sales, Installation & Training Consultant – Fintech Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales, Installation and Training Consultant to join our fintech solutions team in Pretoria. The role combines client‑facing sales presentations with hands‑on installation and training of our bespoke payment systems, ensuring customers derive maximum value from our products.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver sales presentations following the company’s proven methodology.
• Install, configure and test payment hardware and software at client sites.
• Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to end‑users.
• Maintain accurate records in line with Sales and Customer Care SOPs.
• Identify opportunities to increase transaction volume and upsell system benefits.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to meet targets and improve service quality.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
• 3‑4 years of direct sales experience, preferably in technology or fintech.
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans; additional official languages are a plus.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Hands‑on experience with PC hardware installation, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Understanding of A+ (or equivalent) certification concepts.
