Sales Financial Controller

About the role

The Sales Financial Controller will sit at the crossroads of finance, operations, pricing and strategy for a leading international multi‑sector catering organisation. You will help the business unlock profitability by ensuring pricing accuracy, controlling costs and driving operational efficiencies.

Key responsibilities

• Audit invoices, support month‑end reporting and resolve billing queries.
• Manage invoice simulations and align commercial finance with operational teams.
• Calculate cost of sales, support strategic pricing decisions and maintain pricing structures in internal systems.
• Monitor billing accuracy, SLA compliance and identify margin‑improvement opportunities.
• Review and optimise pricing and financial processes, ensuring data integrity and commercial relevance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting or commercial finance.
• Hands‑on experience with costing, pricing and financial analysis.
• Exposure to process improvement or operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial systems.
