Sales Executive – Pretoria

About the role

Our client is looking for two motivated Sales Executives to join their Pretoria team. You will be responsible for driving sales growth by understanding customer needs, promoting products and services, and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and present tailored product or service solutions.
• Promote and sell offerings using solid arguments to prospective clients.
• Generate leads through cold calling and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Achieve agreed‑upon sales targets and report on performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and payment handling.
• Provide market analysis, track territory potential, and deliver status reports.
• Supply management with insights on customer needs, competitive activity, and new product opportunities.
• Resolve customer issues promptly to maximise satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a sales representative in a technical industry.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with Business Relationship Management (BRM) practices.
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
