Sales Executive / Key Account Manager – Courier & Express Freight

About the role

Join a market‑leading express freight provider as a Sales Executive / Key Account Manager. You will be the primary point of contact for new and existing customers, driving growth across domestic and international courier services.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new clients in both existing and untapped markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, setting and achieving sales targets.
• Serve as the liaison between the company and its customer base, ensuring smooth communication.
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Sales Representative or Key Account Manager in the courier or express freight sector (road freight experience not acceptable).
• Demonstrated achievement of sales targets and commission earnings.
• Matriculation (high school) qualification.
• Own vehicle and a valid driver’s licence.
• Proactive “hunter” attitude with a focus on account growth.
