Sales Executive – Italy

About the role

AnyVan is looking for a Reverse Auction Sales Executive to join its fast‑growing team in Italy. You will turn warm inbound enquiries into booked revenue by running live competitions between transport partners, negotiating rates, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales pipeline – from initial contact to booked revenue, managing response times, follow‑ups and margin.
• Contact customers within minutes of an inbound lead, qualify quickly and keep the sales momentum high.
• Run live reverse auctions, engaging multiple transport partners to secure the best viable rate.
• Negotiate confidently, balancing customer value with supplier pricing while protecting margin.
• Drive each enquiry to a clear outcome – booked, scheduled follow‑up, or properly closed.
• Identify upsell opportunities that genuinely improve the customer outcome and increase booking value.
• Track daily activity, conversion and revenue metrics to continuously improve performance.
