Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Remote (USA)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified sales opportunities for our healthcare financing solutions. This remote position focuses on high‑volume outbound outreach to physician practices, surgery centers, and other healthcare organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Make 50‑75 outbound calls daily to prospects in the healthcare sector.
• Research and identify qualified prospects within assigned territories.
• Engage office managers, practice administrators, physicians, CFOs, and other decision‑makers.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand financial goals and financing needs.
• Determine prospect fit against qualification criteria and gather key practice information.
• Schedule qualified appointments for senior sales consultants.
• Document all interactions, notes, and follow‑up activities in the CRM.
• Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets and maintain a healthy pipeline.

Required profile

• Ability to sustain a high call volume (50‑75 calls per day).
• Strong research and prospecting skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Detail‑oriented with accurate record‑keeping in a CRM system.
